About the Role
Your primary focus will be operating heavy production machinery to meet site targets safely.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating 3600 and 5600 production excavators.
- Safe and efficient loading of haul trucks.
- Exposure to Komatsu Autonomous Haulage Systems (AHS).
- Conducting pre-start inspections and daily equipment checks.
- Liaising with supervisors, dispatch, and production personnel.
- Maintaining equipment per site procedures and reporting requirements.
About You / Requirements
To hit the ground running, you must possess:
- Proven experience operating 3600 and/or 5600 excavators in a production environment.
- Exposure to Komatsu Autonomous Haulage systems (highly regarded).
- A strong understanding of safe mining practices.
- Current Australian "C" Class Manual Driver's Licence.
- Valid National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
- Excellent communication and a reliable work ethic.
