Techforce Mining is calling for skilled operators to join major WA gold and iron ore sites. This is your chance to work with top crews, lock in consistent swings, and secure a pathway to permanent employment.

What You’re Walking Into

• 2:1 FIFO roster from Perth – work hard, enjoy your time off
• 12–12.5 hour days – every hour paid
• Earn up to $67/hr (based on experience)
• Ongoing, reliable work – not just a few swings
• Permanent roles available after 3 months
• Quality camps, great food, and no-nonsense sites

The Gear You’ll Be Running We want operators who can actually perform on production, not just talk about it:

• Dozers – D10 & D11
• Graders – 16M / 16H
• Excavators – 150T+ (PC1250 and up)
• Loaders – WA900, CAT 992

What You Need to Bring

• 2+ years production mining experience
• Valid driver’s licence
• Current police clearance
• Ability to pass medical & D&A – no issues
