About the Role

We’re currently seeking Process Technicians to join well-established gold processing operations across Western Australia. These roles offer strong hourly rates, stable FIFO rosters, and the opportunity to work within experienced, safety-focused production teams.

What's On Offer / Benefits

• Role 1 – Experienced Process Technician
• 8/6, 7/7 FIFO roster
• $65 per hour + super
• Work within a producing gold processing plant
• Strong, experienced crew with supportive leadership
• 3–4-month contract with potential to go permanent
• Role 2 – Junior Process Technician (Gold Processing Focus)
• 8/6 7/7 FIFO Perth or DIDO Geraldton roster
• $57 per hour + super
• Pathway into gold processing operations
• Temp to permanent operation

What we’re looking for

• Previous mining process plant experience (essential for both roles)
• Strong understanding of plant operations and safety standards
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen

Qualifications & Certifications

• Working at Heights
• Confined Spaces
• Gas Testing
• Current C Class Driver’s Licence
