Process Technician

About the Role

• Immediate start
• 8/6 – 7/7 Days/Nights Roster
• Casual Hourly Rate: $58–$65/hr
• FIFO available from: Brisbane, Perth, Darwin, Alice Springs
• Camp accommodation and meals provided
• Super on ALL Hours
• Weekly Pay (Thurs)

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor processing plant equipment including: Primary crusher
• Operate and monitor processing plant equipment including: mill
• Operate and monitor processing plant equipment including: SAG/Ball regrind circuits
• Operate and monitor processing plant equipment including: Flotation tanks
• Operate and monitor processing plant equipment including: gravity circuits
• Operate and monitor processing plant equipment including: Thickeners
• Operate and monitor processing plant equipment including: CIP tanks
• Conduct routine sampling across the plant and submit samples for laboratory testing
• Undertake CITEC/control room duties as required
• Perform plant inspections, fault reporting, and troubleshooting
• Operate mobile machinery (bobcat, skid steer) as required
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment
• Contribute to a strong safety culture and follow all site procedures

Tickets & Experience Required

• Valid Manual Driver’s License
• Gold processing experience essential (crushing, milling, CIP, flotation)
• Experience using automated control systems (e.g., CITEC)
• Mobile equipment tickets: Bobcat & Skid Steer
• Ability to maintain fitness for work, pass a pre-employment medical & drug and alcohol testing
• Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance
• Valid & contactable references
• Strong understanding and adherence to OHS
