We're seeking safety-focused and reliable Process Operators to join a high-performing processing team on a 2:1, FIFO roster.
If you have a strong understanding of processing plant operations and thrive in a fast-paced production environment, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role:
- Operate and monitor mineral processing and flotation circuits
- Conduct routine inspections and plant housekeeping
- Identify and report equipment faults and process issues
- Perform basic maintenance and assist with shutdown activities as required
- Work safely in accordance with site procedures and company policies
- Contribute to achieving production targets while maintaining quality standards
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Process Operator in a mineral processing plant
- Demonstrated flotation experience(essential)
- Current Working at Heights ticket (issued within the last 2 years)
- Current Confined Space Entry ticket (issued within the last 2 years)
- Current Gas Test Atmospheres ticket (issued within the last 2 years)
- Current White Card
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
