About the Company
Your new company is based in the Mount Isa, Cloncurry region and is a fully functioning underground mining and processing operation.
About the Role
Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Process Operator to join their team on a 8/6 roster DIDO from Mount Isa or FIFO from Townsville. Accommodation and meals are provided during roster period.
Responsibilities of this role may include but are not limited to:
- Operate and monitor processing equipment
- Conduct sampling and testing
- Perform routine inspections and minor maintenance on plant equipment
- Operate and maintain crushing and grinding circuits
- Be capable of operating loaders
What You'll Need to Succeed
To be considered for this role you will have:
- Previous processing experience
- Crushing and Grinding experience
- Loader, Forklift or Bobcat Ticket desirable
- Be able to pass a full functional medical and D&A
- QLD Manual License
