Principal Structural Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Principal Structural Engineer to join a major EPC company to provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and drive the structural design component of high-value studies and projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead structural engineering design for mining and mineral processing projects
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers and designers
• Oversee structural deliverables across studies, brownfields and greenfields projects
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver quality engineering outcomes

About You

• Extensive Australian structural design experience within EPCM/EPC environments
• Strong background across both wet and dry process plants in the mining sector
• Experience supporting gold, copper, or other minerals processing facilities
• Proven ability to lead technical work and mentor engineering teams
• Tertiary degree qualified Structural Engineer
