• Daily start from the O'Connor workshop at 6:20am, travelling to sites as a crew

About the Role

Working as part of a small crew, you will be involved in residential earthworks projects supporting new home builds across Perth, with sites located both north and south of the river.

Your duties will include

• Operating a Posi-Track/Skid Steer on residential construction sites
• House pad preparation and final trimming
• Earthworks for retaining walls, batters and slopes
• Driving a flat tray truck to transport equipment and materials between sites
• Assisting the crew with general site duties as required
• Working safely and efficiently to meet project deadlines

What You'll Need

• Previous Posi-Track / Skid Steer operating experience
• HR Driver's Licence (essential)
• Construction White Card
• Ability to operate a flat tray truck
• Experience in earthworks, pad preparation, retaining walls, slopes or similar civil/residential works
• Reliable, punctual and able to work effectively as part of a small team
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
