Leading WA gold producers seeking experienced Underground Paste Crew operators like you for long-term opportunities.

These roles are offered on an ongoing basis, with the majority converting from temp to permanent after 3–6 months. You’ll be working with established owner-operators on consistent rosters with strong earning potential.

What’s on offer

• Ongoing temp-to-perm positions across WA
• 8/6 – 7/7 FIFO roster from Perth
• Up to $65 per hour + super paid on all hours (experience dependent)
• Immediate starts and fast mobilisation
• Long-term progression within underground operations.

To be considered, you will have

• Previous underground paste crew/ plant experience
• Valid manual C Class driver’s licence
• Ability to complete a pre-employment medical
• Full Australian working rights and currently residing in Australia.
