Our client is a leading provider of testing and inspection services to mining and heavy industrial sectors. By way of growth, they are seeking a motivated part-time Admin Officer, who is also able to assist with Accounts data entry.

Location: Canning Vale
Rate of Pay: $33/hr + Super
Hours of work: 2 days per week (8 hours days)

What will I be doing in this position?

• Assisting with directing calls from main switchboard
• Booking flights and accommodation for employees
• Generating invoicing for subcontractors and suppliers
• Assisting HR with employment letters
• General office up-keep and ordering

What do I require to be successful in this position?

• Ability to learn new systems
• High attention to detail
• Excellent attitude
• Proficient across Microsoft programs
