Electricians

• Conduct maintenance tasks including inspection, classification, repairs, and planned works.
• Fault finding, reactive maintenance, and assisting other trades.
• Actively manage and meet response times, rectification times, and deadlines.
• Prioritise and attend to urgent requests.
• Provide mobile device work orders, updates, and time estimates, including risk assessments.
• Ensure all activities are performed by moral, ethical, and legal standards and maintain best FM practice.

Plumber

• Repair and maintain plumbing, washers, pipes, and drains. Install pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, appliances such as dishwashers and water heaters, and fixtures such as sinks and toilets, etc.
• Fill pipes or plumbing fixtures with water or air and observe pressure gauges to detect and locate leaks.
• Prioritise urgent works and meet rectification deadlines. Actively manage and meet response times.
• Ensure all activities are performed by moral, ethical, and legal standards and maintain best FM practice.

HVAC

• Conduct refrigeration-maintenance tasks including inspection, classification, repairs, breakdowns, and planned works, dismantling malfunctioning systems, and testing components.
• Perform maintenance and repairs across the Village, Housing & Mine Site, including site-wide air-conditioning units and refrigeration in our kitchen facilities.
• Prioritise urgent works and meet rectification deadlines. Actively manage and meet response times.
• Ensure all activities are performed by moral, ethical, and legal standards and maintain best FM practice.

The Person

• Trade qualifications.
• NT Electrical Licence.
• Current Refrigerant Handling License.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical and Drug and Alcohol screening.
• Ability to work FIFO from designated airports or DIDO where applicable.
