About the Role
If you’re an experienced Trade Assistantor eager to break into the mining industry. Protech has opportunities available at Newlands Coal Mine.

What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Trade Assistant, or a strong willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Effective communication and organisational skills
- Physically fit – capable of lifting heavy items and standing for extended periods
- DIDO only
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist tradespeople
- Perform manual handling and general labourering duties
- Escorting

About you:
- Current Standard 11 or willing to obtain
- Current driver’s licence
- Full Australian working rights
- Ability to pass a Pre-employment medical
- Ability to pass Drug and Alcohol Screening
