About the Company

Our leading global mining client is proud to be a leading Australian producer of premium quality hard coking coal for export steel markets within Central Queensland's Bowen Basin, with additional joint ventures in steel making coal, copper and magnanese across North West Queensland and Western Australia. With steelmaking coal being an essential ingredient in blast-furnace steel manufacture, producing steel used for critical building and infrastructure around the world, this is an fantastic opportunity to join a leading growing  client with a focus on sustainability, innovation and progression within the workforce and supporting local communities.

What You Will Be Doing

In this role you will become a part of a busy mine as a Multi Skilled Operator. You will be operating Haul Trucks above within a coal mining setting as well as other associated equipment such as CAT D10 and D11 Dozers, CAT 16 and 24 Graders, CAT and KOM Loaders. You will be working a 7/7 roster of rotating Day and Night Shifts, 12.5 hours.

What You Will Need

• Previous mine experience as an Multi Skilled Operator operating Dump Trucks (Minmum KOM 830E), Dozers, Graders and/or Loaders providing an SSE signed skills list
• You will need to have obtained a Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical or be willing to attain this
• Current Drivers License & right to work in Australia
• The ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol test
