- Provide site administration support during regional shutdowns and projects when required.
About You
You'll already understand the fast pace of mining mobilisation and know what it takes to keep operations moving. You'll bring:
- Previous mobilisation experience within the mining and resources industry.
- Experience mobilising personnel to clients such as Rio Tinto, Fortescue, Roy Hill and Newmont.
- Strong knowledge of mining onboarding systems and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
- Experience using mobilisation, workforce planning or HR systems.
