Programmed Energy & Resources is currently seeking experienced Mobile Plant Mechanics and Drill Fitters to join our team across Tier 1 Iron Ore Mine Sites in WA.

With our new Tier 1 mobile maintenance contract secured, this is a great opportunity to join a high-performing team, work on some of the biggest names in mining equipment and set yourself up for a long-term career with Programmed.

The Role

You'll be part of our mobile maintenance teams, working across a diverse range of major OEM equipment including Caterpillar (CAT), Komatsu, Hitachi, Liebherr and Terex. This is a great opportunity to put your experience to work across Tier 1 iron ore operations while working alongside a skilled and supportive maintenance team.

We're looking for experienced tradespeople who take pride in their work, have a strong commitment to safety and can perform confidently both independently and as part of a team.

What Programmed needs from you:

  • Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology or equivalent
  • High Risk Licences - Forklift, Basic Rigging and EWP (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence
  • National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol screening
  • Proven commitment to safety and quality workmanship
  • Demonstrated experience working across a variety of OEM equipment
  • WA-based applicants highly desirable
  • Full Australian working rights required
