About the Role
Be involved in the next chapter of our lithium story. We’re exploring lithium opportunities near Kambalda in the Goldfields–Esperance region.
This is a rare opportunity to play a key role in the future of lithium production both at MinRes and globally. Join us and be part of something being built from the ground up.
FIFO from Perth on a 2/1 roster, with DIDO from the Goldfields region on a case by case basis.

- HD Fitters
- LV Fitters
- Drill Fitters
- Auto Electricians
- Boilermakers
- Servicepersons

What You’ll Bring
- We want team players who make safety a priority
- Australian recognised trade certificate
- Current Australian driver’s license
- Air Conditioning Certification for roles requiring it
- Mining or extensive MEM experience with large-scale surface mining machinery from major OEMs
- Strong diagnostic, fault-finding and preventative maintenance expertise
- NHHC within 12 months or willingness to attain
- Full Rights to work in Australia
