We are holding assessment days to recruit for two roles within our ground operations and terminal teams. Instead of waiting on a long recruitment process, you'll meet the team, learn about the work and be assessed in person over one or two days.

The Roles

Ramp Operator (Part-Time)

You'll play a crucial role in the safe and smooth turnaround of aircraft, supporting flight schedules and maintaining operational excellence.

  • Marshalling and positioning aircraft
  • Loading and unloading baggage, cargo and freight
  • Operating ground support equipment, including tugs, pushback and belt loaders
  • Working with flight crew, operations and maintenance teams to ensure on-time departures
  • Extensive housekeeping of the terminal and aircrafts

About you:

  • Experience in aviation ground operations or a similar physically active role
  • Able to work a roster including early mornings, evenings and public holidays (including 3 am starts)
  • Physically fit, and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Strong communication skills, a safety focus and attention to detail

Terminal Attendant (Permanent Part-Time)

You'll be the first face passengers see, setting the tone for their journey to site. Reporting to the Terminal Lead, you'll keep passenger movements safe, orderly and on time.

  • Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of passenger and staff areas
  • Shifts are 7am–11am and 3pm–7pm, Monday to Friday
  • Managing vehicle and pedestrian flow in the drop-off and car park areas
  • Providing concierge-style assistance to passengers
  • Following traffic management plans and safety procedures, and reporting incidents and hazards

About you:

  • Current Traffic Management certification in line with WA requirements (desirable)
  • Customer-facing experience in aviation, transport, hospitality or a similar high-traffic environment (desirable)
  • Practical understanding of safety protocols and hazard identification
  • Clear, professional communication under time pressure
  • Reliable, with attention to detail
