We are actively seeking experienced Mining Supervisors for our KCGM Operations, working a 8/6 roster (rotating dayshifts and nightshifts) flying in and out of Perth or residential.

Here’s what awaits you:

• Optimising resources to achieve and exceed production targets.
• Monitoring crew performance and safety compliance, providing clear instructions and consistent leadership throughout each shift.
• Overseeing and coordinating daily surface mining activities to ensure the safe and efficient extraction of ore and waste.
• Collaborating with health and safety representatives and operators to proactively address hazards and promote a safety-first culture.
• Maintaining accurate records of shift activities, production data, incidents, and personnel performance for reporting and continuous improvement.
• Supporting team development through training, constructive feedback, and managing disciplinary matters as required.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• Proven supervisory experience leading open pit mining teams.
• Solid operational experience, preferably in a hard-rock mining environment.
• Progress towards meeting the requirements of a Statutory Supervisor position.
• Strong knowledge of WA mining legislation.
• A current “C” Class Western Australian Driver’s Licence and Senior First Aid certification (desirable).
