This is an exciting time to join NRW Civil & Mining as we look to expand our team at our Karara Mining Project. We are seeking a Mining Supervisor to support the delivery of additional works on site.

About the Role

This is a role where you will provide strong leadership to ensure your team operates safely, efficiently and to the highest standards. As a Mining Supervisor reporting to the Mining Superintendent, you will be responsible for:

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and practices and conduct daily safety reviews and inspections
• Prioritise resources, machinery and people to ensure Daily Mine plan is achieved and production maximised
• Monitor and evaluate performance throughout the shift to identify variance from the production plan and act where necessary
• Work with Maintenance Supervisors to implement maintenance plans
• Manage and assess training requirements of your team
• Prepare accurate and timely production and labour reports
• Providing initiatives to improve the Project
