About the Role

SIRROM is expanding and is looking for passionate professionals to join its dynamic team in workforce villages across QLD. SIRROM is a trusted industry leader and provider with 50 years in Life Support and Facilities Management, delivering food and service across all conditions and locations.

• Proven experience in housekeeping, commercial cleaning and customer service
• Previous housekeeping or mine site supervisory experience
• Available to work on a 7/7 roster cycle, rotating days and nights
• Willing to work 12-hour shifts each day
• Maintain strict health and hygiene standards and systems
• Ability to travel into and out of site at own expense

About You / Requirements

• A Coal Board Medical and Standard 11 are essential
• G1, G2, G8 and G9 are essential
• Hands-on experience with commercial/industrial cleaning and catering services
• Ability to maintain strict health and hygiene standards and systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
• Friendly and considerate attitude to promote a positive work environment
• Australian Driver's Licence (must be any Australian State)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug screen
• Recent National Police Check
• Unrestricted work rights in Australia
• Current Food Safety Certificate or willingness to complete the free online food safety certificate
