Mechanical Fitter - Crusher / FIFO 2:1 Roster

Pearl Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Crusher Mechanical Fitters for long-term permanent opportunities. These roles offer excellent hourly rates, a 2:1 FIFO roster and the opportunity to work on a range of specialised crushing and screening equipment within an established mining operation.

$57.39 - $68.42/hr + $5.00/hr Site Bonus + Super on ALL Hours Worked (Pending Experience)

The Role:
You will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, fault-finding and repair of crushing, screening and material handling equipment. You'll work as part of an experienced maintenance team, ensuring equipment is operating safely, reliably and efficiently while minimising downtime.

The fleet includes:

• Terex Finlay 1480 Jaw Crushers
• Terex Finlay 1550 Cone Crushers
• Warrior 2400 Screens
• Stackers
• Other associated crushing and screening equipment

Requirements: To be considered, you will need:

• An Australian-recognised Mechanical Trade Certificate
• Minimum 2 years' post-trade experience in Australia
• Previous experience working on crushing and screening equipment
• Experience with Terex Finlay 1480 Jaw Crushers, Terex Finlay 1550 Cone Crushers and Warrior 2400 Screens is highly desirable
• Strong mechanical, hydraulic and electrical fault-finding capabilities
• Previous mining or quarrying experience
• A current and valid Australian Driver's Licence
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol Screening
• Ability to work a 2:1 FIFO roster
• Provide a National Police Clearance or be willing to obtain one
