MC Road Train Operators | $60–$65+/hr | FIFO 2/1 | WA Mining Projects Looking for your next FIFO role with reputable mining contractors? We’re recruiting experienced MC Road Train Operators across multiple established WA mining operations, including the Goldfields and Pilbara, working with well-known, ASX-listed clients and contractors. These are long-term opportunities offering strong site culture, modern equipment, and consistent work.

Equipment & Work Scope You’ll be operating a range of heavy road train combinations, including:

• Triple & Quad Side Tipper Road Trains
• Kenworth C509 / Mack / Western Star fleets
• Manual 18-speed transmissions(some auto fleets)
• Payloads ranging from 150t – 330t+

Work includes:

• Hauling from pit to plant or stockpiles
• Long-haul private roads (up to 150km) and short pit-to-plant runs
• Some roles include self-loading with loaders

What We’re Looking For

• MC Licence (essential)
• Proven experience operating road trains / side tippers
• Mining experience highly regarded ( Goldfields / Pilbara preferred)
• Ability to operate manual gearboxes (18-speed)
• Strong safety focus and ability to work in FIFO environments

Mandatory Requirements

• Clean National Police Check (NPC)
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical
• Ability to pass Drug & Alcohol screening (zero tolerance sites)
• Fit for FIFO work including day/night shifts
