About the Role

The MC Driver Training Program is based at our flagship Onslow Iron Operations and provides supportive on-the-job training to upskill you to safely operate state-of-the-art road trains with the latest technology and specifications. You will join our Heavy Haulage Team and work directly for the owner-operator mining company. This is a genuine opportunity to secure a permanent full-time role with MinRes, supporting one of Australia’s most exciting iron ore operations. The opportunity offers Fly In, Fly Out from Perth, WA on a fixed 2/1 roster with rotating day and night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the MC Driver Training Program to upskill for road train operation.
• Safely operate state-of-the-art road trains with the latest technology and specifications.
• Work within a heavy haulage team on site at Onslow Iron Operations.
• Maintain a strong safety record and quality of work.
• Communicate effectively and manage time to meet site requirements.
• Comply with all site rules and Australian work rights requirements.

About You / Requirements

• Australian MC License
• Proven experience operating at MC driving level with a solid track record
• Demonstrated experience operating triple or double combinations
• A strong commitment to safety and quality of work
• Sound communication and time management skills
• Unlimited Australian Work Rights
• Applicants with side tipping experience will be held in high regard
