About the Role

Maintenance Technician: Mechanical

As a Maintenance Technician in the Aquila operation, you will:

• Operate to ensure all work is completed in full compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements.
• Perform mechanical maintenance on a wide range of underground mining equipment to support safe and reliable operations.
• Contribute to achieving production targets by delivering high‑quality maintenance tasks and promoting a strong, safety‑focused team environment.

Qualifications & Certifications

• Qualifications: Certificate III in Engineering: Mechanical or equivalent; Current Standard 11 (Surface & Underground); Proven mechanical maintenance experience within an underground coal mine; Experience delivering best practice mechanical maintenance.
• Required Certifications: Current Standard 11 (Surface & Underground)
