The Role

• Lead and manage the maintenance team to ensure safe, reliable and efficient operation of plant equipment and site infrastructure, supporting production targets and asset performance
• Partner with Process Supervisors to optimise plant availability, resource utilisation and operational efficiency
• Foster a strong safety culture by implementing safe work practices, ensuring compliance with OHS&E requirements
• Demonstrate a commitment to environmental stewardship by adhering to environmental policies, procedures and regulatory obligations
• Contribute to maintenance and production planning activities to support operational optimisation and the Company's Stakeholder policy.

Unfortunately, MPI are only able to consider people with appropriate and relevant experience, and who are either Australian Permanent Residents or have the necessary permits to work in Australia and whom are currently in Australia.

What You'll Need

• Frontline management or equivalent (desirable)
• Solid fixed plant experience within a gold processing environment
• Current “C” class Western Australian driver's licence
• Mechanical Trade qualification
• Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor training
• Pronto & MS Office experience.
