Job Description
Take Ownership of Plant Reliability
We're looking for the best Maintenance Supervisors in WA to lead a growing team across an industry-leading production manufacturer with multiple facilities in Perth. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on improving reliability, reducing downtime, and driving safe, efficient plant performance.
The Difference You'll Make
- Lead preventative, predictive and breakdown maintenance activities
- Coordinate shutdowns, repairs and maintenance schedules
- Drive plant reliability and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage contractors, OEMs and specialist trades
- Investigate equipment failures and implement long-term solutions
- Support plant upgrades and capital improvement projects
- Ensure compliance with safety, permit and isolation procedures
What It Takes to Succeed
- Maintenance leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong background in heavy industrial, manufacturing, quarrying, mining, cement, concrete or asphalt environments
- Experience with CMMS-based maintenance planning and scheduling
- Strong contractor and stakeholder management skills
- A hands-on approach with a strong safety focus
- Ability to work up to 50 hours per week
What You'll Need
- Australian Diesel Mechanic Cert III Trade Certificate
- Reliability, RCA, RCM or FMEA experience
- Clean Australian National Police Clearance within the last 6 months
- Current WA Driver's Licence
- Australian Construction White Card
- Australian Full Working Rights
- Ability to complete a full pre-employment medical + LabDAS
