About the Role

The Opportunity: x1 positions available - RAAF Base Edinburgh.

This is a hands-on role giving you the opportunity to work on technically challenging systems, long term stability and skill development in a structured environment. You'll build your expertise in specialised electrical work, with support to obtain your EEHA qualification, opening the door to highly sought-after hazardous area capabilities.

Hours: 38-hour work week in a 'blue collar' role supporting a strong work-life balance. Monday - Thursday: 6:30am - 3pm Friday - 6:30am - 1pm EARLY FINISH ON A FRIDAY

There's also the option to do 3-4 days of travel each month to places like Woomera, where you'll do longer days and pick up decent overtime (time + half for first 2 hours, then double time).

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnosing, servicing, repairing, and maintaining our critical assets and equipment, such as fuel storage and fuel transfer systems.

About You / Requirements

  • A-grade electrical licence
  • EEHA certified
  • Proven experience working in fixed plant maintenance (fuel services or Oil & Gas preferred)
  • Confined space and working at heights tickets (preferred)
  • Australian citizenship and ability to pass a police check.
