Techforce is chasing experienced Production Mining Operators for many roles they are currently supporting with. Whether you're an experienced Dump Truck Operator, All-Rounder or skilled across multiple machines, we've got opportunities worth having a chat about!

With excellent hourly rates, an even-time roster and long-term work available, this is a great opportunity to earn good money and have a healthy work-life balance.

• 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off – enjoy an even-time roster.
• FIFO from Perth or Darwin – flights to site covered.
• 12-hour paid shifts, including your fly-in day.

Operators we're looking for

Dump Truck Operators

CAT 777 or bigger

Dozer Operators

CAT D9 or bigger

Grader Operators

CAT 14 or bigger

Excavator Operators

100t or bigger

Loader Operators

CAT 992 or bigger

All-Round Operators
Able to operate 3 or more of the above

You'll be working as part of an experienced production crew, carrying out open-pit loading and hauling operations across day and night shifts.
What you'll need

• Minimum 1 years' production mining experience on your relevant machinery.
• Current driver's license.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening.
• National Police Clearance, or willingness to obtain one.
• Two recent, contactable work references.
• A strong commitment to safety.
