Machine / Forklift Operator (Crusher)

Our client is a leading manufacturer and supplier of building and construction materials and is currently seeking an experienced Crusher Machine / Forklift Operator to join their team based in Perth's eastern suburbs. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated operator looking for stable, ongoing employment with the potential to secure a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating and monitoring fixed-plant crushing machinery
• Operating the 5 Tonne Forklift
• Operating the Dingo to feed raw materials
• Moving and stockpiling raw materials around the site
• Performing basic housekeeping and general labouring duties

Details

• Monday – Friday roster
• 6:00am – 2:06pm
• Potential overtime available
• $43.75 per hour + penalties
• Ongoing work with potential for permanency

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will possess:

• Previous experience operating fixed plant crushing equipment
• Current Forklift License & experience
• Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in an outdoor industrial environment
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
• Permanent Australian residency or unrestricted Australian working rights (no Working Holiday Visa holders)
