About the Role

NRW have been awarded the contract by Evolution Mining (Mungari) Pty Ltd for surface mining at Castle Hill. The goldfield site is about 510kms north-east of Perth, 40km north of Coolgardie and 50km northwest of Kalgoorlie. NRW will provide earthworks initially, then load and haul, drill and blast (via Action Drill & Blast) and construction of supporting facilities on-site.

Dump Truck Operators must have solid experience in mining with strong production experience. Ideally seeking Operators with 3-5 years experience operating CAT 785 trucks. Night shift allowance. Travel time from site to camp is roughly only 10 minutes. Brand new camp.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate dump trucks on a surface mining operation (CAT 785 trucks) with a focus on production targets.
• Work within a civil & mining contractor environment on site facilities and earthworks.
• Adhere to NRW safety standards and company values.
• Coordinate with site teams to ensure efficient loading, hauling, and site movements.

What we look for in our people

• Australian working rights
• Australian Manual Drivers Licence
• Relevant Mining experience in a previous role with dates of past employment outlined clearly on your resume
• Ability to provide clean National Police Clearance dated in past 3 months
• Willingness to actively demonstrate behaviours in alignment to NRW’s company values and safety standards
• A “can do” attitude and strong team player mentality
