About the Project:

The Finniss Project is located about 90km by road from Darwin CBD, or 25km south as the crow flies. NRW will be completing the Open Cut Mining of Grant’s Pit. This scope of works includes: establishment of site facilities, systems and infrastructure (haul road construction & other general construction works), drill and blast, load and haulage of ore and waste and ancillary services.

About the role:

As a Serviceperson with NRW, you are required to complete daily servicing of mobile earthmoving equipment, check and maintain correct oil and fuel levels, assist the fitters where need in the completion of machine inspection reports.

What we are looking for:

• Australian Heavy Vehicle Drivers Licence
• Tickets and licences EG: Forklift, Working at heights, etc
• Minimum 3 years post trade experience (MEM)
• Experience with CAT 777 trucks, 190T excavators, CAT D10 Dozers and more
• Demonstrated behaviours which align with NRW’s values and safety standards
• A “can do” attitude and strong team commitment
• Australian work rights
