About the Role

As a Light Vehicle Fitter, you will be responsible for completing scheduled maintenance and breakdowns on light vehicles and other diesel-powered auxiliary equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Construction of HME and LV roads a concrete overpass along with associated infrastructure to enable future mining pit development.
• Ancillary activities include borrow area establishment.
• Drilling and blasting.
• Crushing and screening.
• Site pads.
• Park-up areas.
• Service corridors.
• Drainage.
• Bunds.
• Windrows.
• Communications pads.
• Access tracks.
• All associated civil works.

About You / Requirements

• Australian Manual Drivers Licence.
• Australian/NZ recognised Trade Certificate.
• Forklift licence (Desirable).
• Minimum 2 years post trade experience.
• Experience with Toyota diesel vehicles.
• Demonstrated behaviours which align with NRW’s values and safety focus.
• A “can do” attitude and strong team commitment.
• Australian work rights.
