As the Leading Hand Fitter you are responsible for leading and supervising a maintenance team conducting general maintenance work to achieve required results. In addition the Fitter Leading Hand will carry out general mechanical work in a workshop environment and/or breakdowns on heavy mobile and fixed plant and equipment. This is your opportunity to make a real impact in our Maintenance department, as Redpath continues their growth in the Norseman region!
