About the Role

We are looking for a Leading Hand Fitter to join the Tropicana team! Lead the team to safely deliver plans, performance and quality across our Project. Our leaders set the tone. You'll shape the culture, guide performance and create an environment where people are supported, safe and able to do their best work.

Role Details

• Location: Tropicana Mine Site
• FIFO from Perth or Kalgoorlie
• Roster: 2/1 roster (7D7N7X)

Responsibilities

• Lead daily performance: safety, plan compliance, and quality
• Set clear expectations: guide, develop and recognise your team
• Own schedules, resources and interfaces with contractors/suppliers
• Drive reliability and continuous improvement
• Foster a speak-up culture where everyone is respected
