Lead Civil and Structural Engineer

Lead Civil & Structural Engineer role for a global EPCM delivering projects across resources, energy, infrastructure and industrial sectors. This is a senior technical leadership role focused on the delivery of sustaining capital, brownfield and greenfield projects across heavy industry and operating assets. You'll combine hands-on engineering expertise with client engagement, mentoring and project delivery responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead civil and structural engineering activities across multiple projects.
• Provide technical oversight for structural steel, concrete, foundations, drainage and civil infrastructure designs.
• Deliver engineering calculations, reports, specifications and design reviews.
• Support project execution from concept through detailed design and construction support.
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to proposal development and work-winning initiatives.
• Mentor engineers and designers across multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in site visits, technical workshops and stakeholder meetings.

About You

• Degree qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Significant experience within Australian mining, energy, heavy industrial, process plant, ports or infrastructure projects.
• Strong brownfields and operating plant experience.
• Proven technical capability across structural steel, concrete and foundation design.
• Experience with structural analysis and modelling software including SpaceGass and ideally Strand7.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing engineering teams and project deliverables.
• Chartered Engineer status and/or relevant professional registration (RPEQ, RPEV or equivalent).
