About the Role

Position: Land Administration Geologist Roster: 5/2, Monday to Friday Location: Subiaco, Western Australia Here’s what awaits you: The Land Administration Geologist is a critical function within our Land Management and Discovery teams, responsible for the statutory, regulatory and commercial integrity of Northern Star's group tenement portfolio. In this role, you will be the compliance backbone ensuring all statutory, regulatory and commercial reporting obligations, including Tenement Reports and Extension of Term applications are delivered accurately and on time. Beyond reporting, you will actively contribute to strengthening how the business operates, serving as a trusted resource across the Land Management Department, including tenement backup and support when required.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need

  • Experience: We're looking for someone who combines deep geological knowledge with sharp compliance acumen and the maturity to operate across multiple stakeholder groups. This includes knowledge of compliance standards, statutory reporting requirements and exposure compiling and lodging statutory reports.
  • Qualifications: A relevant tertiary qualification in a resource industry related field (a BSc Hons - Geology is preferred).
