Pearl Recruitment is currently seeking candidates for multiple Labouring roles in Perth's Northern Suburbs. Take your pick from the below positions!

Construction Labourer

Location:** Yanchep Location

Hours: Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 3 PM Rate: $34.13/Hr + Penalties + Super
Job Duties:

• Assist with the construction of residential and commercial landscaping project, such as planting trees and laying turf.
• Prepare sites by levelling and clearing land.
• Read and follow landscape plans and construction drawings.
• Perform manual labour, including lifting, digging, wheelbarrowing and material handling.

Gardening Labourer Location: Various NOR Locations from Clarkson to Alkimos
Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 3 PM (Potential Overtime Available)
Rate: $35/Hr + Penalties + Super
  Job Duties:

• Perform routine maintenance duties such as lawn mowing, operating the whipper snipper, hedger and edger.
• Weed, mulch and maintain garden beds to a high standard.
• Assist with irrigation system inspections, repairs and adjustments.
• Apply fertilisers, herbicides and pesticides in accordance with safety guidelines

Construction Assistant

Location: Projects All Across Perth
Hours: Monday - Friday, Hours May Vary Depending on Project
Rate: $30 - $35/Hr + Super + Company Car (Permanent, Full-Tme)

Job Duties:

• Work closely with the Construction Supervisors with both hard and soft scape applications, as well as irrigation across the Perth Metro Area.
• Establish and maintain the site (amenities, fencing, access, traffic management), perform daily setup tasks, coordinate deliveries, and operate plant/equipment as required.
• Coordinate subcontractors and on-site staff, complete daily site diaries and quality documentation, attend meetings and training, participate in company communication processes, and perform other reasonable duties aligned with the role.
• Any other general construction trade assistant / gardening duties, working independently when supervisors are off site.

Requirements for all roles:

• Previous experience within the landscaping industry.
• Construction White Card
• Manual driver's licence and car.
• Full Australian working rights
