Labourer / Forklift Operator

Pearl Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Labourer / Forklift Operator for our client in Malaga who is a global manufacturer of insulated panels and doors used for temperature controlling both residential and commercial buildings.

Malaga location
$35.00 hr + super
Long-term ongoing work Mon – Thurs, 6:30am to 3pm, Friday 6:30am to 12:30pm
Additional OT available

**Job Duties:**The role will see you responsible for daily duties of the operation/control of the panel and door production line including:

• Strapping and packing, labelling packs with customer job numbers
• Helping set up panel line steel coils into the machine for processing
• Manual handling to unload styrene blocks
• Cutting of various materials and cleaning/maintaining the machine and the surrounding areas

What do you require to be successful in this position?

• Current Drivers Licence + reliable form of transport
• Previous experience in a similar trade assistant role (and the ability to understand / interpret basic drawings and material lists)
• Ability to pass a medical and drug and alcohol test (required for role)
• Forklift ticket
• Seeking a long-term position with the future opportunity of full-time employment
