Pearl Recruitment is seeking reliable 2x Fencing Labourers to join our client, a well-established commercial and industrial security fencing company based in Malaga. The role involves assisting with the installation of security fencing and gates, working alongside an experienced Leading Hand.

About the role:
You'll be working in a small crew, assisting with the setup and installation of chainmesh, garrison, and palisade fencing with general site clean-up. The role is hands-on, workshop, and offers long-term potential for the right person. Full training will be provided, making this ideal for someone with a strong work ethic who's keen to learn and build their skills.

What we're looking for:

• Construction White Card
• Driver's Licence and reliable transport
• Capable of manual work and willing to learn
• Previous labouring or fencing experience highly regarded (but not essential)
• Ability to follow direction and work safely on-site
• Ability to pass a full medical & drug and alcohol test
• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.
• Immediate Start

Details:

• Hours: 6:30am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday
• Location: Malaga WA
• Pay rate: $32 p/h + super
