About the Role

Join Monadelphous' Workforce Management team and play a key role in supporting our Mining & Minerals operations across multiple locations. We are seeking a Mobilisation Coordinator to join our Perth-based team, supporting a diverse portfolio of projects and clients. Reporting to a Workforce Team Lead, you will work closely with site teams, project stakeholders, and employees to coordinate mobilisation activities, maintain workforce compliance, and ensure operational requirements are met. With opportunities to work across several teams and projects, this role offers variety, development opportunities, and the chance to contribute to the successful delivery of major resources projects.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity, based at our Victoria Park Head Office.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end mobilisation process.
• Provide regular updates on mobilisation progress to operational stakeholders.
• Mobilise a high volume of candidates across multiple upcoming shutdowns, projects and rosters.
• Organise medicals, training, flights and accommodation, site inductions and entry, and PPE.

About You / Requirements

• 2–5 years' experience in a mobilisation, site or project administration role within the resources sector.
• Client systems experience such as SAP, INX, SuccessFactors and Enable is essential.
• Experience monitoring mobilisation compliance and requirements, such as booking medicals, training, PPE, site inductions and entry.
• Ability to work closely with site representatives and the management team to offer a seamless onboarding and mobilisation process to employees.
• Excellent time management skills and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced computer literacy, particularly with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong problem-solving ability and a team-focused mentality.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet project deadlines.
• Proof of right to work in Australia.
