About the Role

From the start, you'll be:  

• Leading and supporting a laboratory team to ensure accurate, timely, and reliable sampling and analytical results.* Overseeing daily laboratory operations, including sample preparation, QA/QC processes, and reporting requirements.* Working closely with processing teams to provide critical data that supports plant performance, recovery, and continuous improvement.
