Kwinana Workshop and Logistics Hub

Located south of Perth, the Kwinana Workshop is the largest facility of its kind in Western Australia and undertakes the fabrication of mining and processing plants as well as fixed and mobile equipment maintenance. The workshop services MinRes and client sites.

About the Role

Our team at the Kwinana workshop is seeking an ambitious Junior Administrator to provide crucial administrative support and ensure smooth daily operations.

Based on a Monday to Friday roster at our Kwinana workshop, as part of our dynamic team, you will play a pivotal role in the teams’ success.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and documentation
• Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and minute taking
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations as required
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety protocols
• Support the team with general administrative tasks as needed
• Set the standard for professional behaviour, embracing diversity, showing initiative, and championing our values in everything you do.

About You / Requirements

• Experience working in an administrative or similar role
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in a workshop, engineering, or industrial environment (desirable)
• Adaptable, attention to detail, and strong communication skills
