About the Role
The IT Service Management Specialist has a responsibility to uplift service management capability and help promote consistency across a range of I.T services. What does this look like? You will support core ITIL process, improve service visibility, whilst at the same time work closely with a host of internal teams to ensure services are stable, whilst promoting continuous improvement.
You will be based in our Sydney office and benefit from our WFH policy.
Key Responsibilities
- Improve core ITSM processes (incident, request, change) across the business
- Help drive consistency and governance across service delivery
- Work closely with service owners, project teams, and vendors to ensure alignment
- Build and maintain service reporting dashboards and insights (typically within ServiceNow)
- Track vendor performance against SLAs
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
- Support change activity to ensure minimal disruption to business operations
- Help uplift overall ITSM maturity across the environment
About You / Requirements
You understand how ITSM works and the mechanics of what good looks like. You are hands on, service centric, with an appetite for ownership of core processes whilst applying an improvement lens.
You are analytical, collaborative, and process‑minded, you’re always looking for ways to improve process integrity, and identify inefficiencies ensuring you well‑placed to deliver impact from day one.
