About the Role

We are seeking experienced INLEC Supervisors to join our team supporting ongoing offshore operations. This position will be responsible for supervising electrical and instrumentation activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with project requirements. You will provide day-to-day leadership to the workforce, coordinate work fronts and work closely with relevant stakeholders to support successful execution of maintenance activities. The role is primarily offshore and will operate on a 2:2 roster, working 12-hour days.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate electrical and instrumentation activities.
• Provide leadership and direction to the offshore workforce.
• Coordinate daily work fronts, priorities and resources.
• Ensure work is completed safely and in accordance with relevant procedures and standards.
• Monitor progress against planned works and schedules.
• Liaise with operations, maintenance and other key stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve issues impacting work execution.
• Ensure permits, documentation and reporting requirements are completed accurately.
• Promote a strong safety culture across the team.

What you’ll bring:

• Previous experience in an INLEC Supervisor or similar supervisory position.
• Strong electrical and instrumentation experience.
• Previous experience within offshore, oil & gas, maintenance or shutdown environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading and coordinating work crews.
• Strong understanding of safety and permit-to-work requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong planning, coordination and problem-solving capability.
• Relevant electrical/instrumentation qualifications and required offshore competencies.
