Every employee has a role to play in creating a healthy and safe workplace, and we invest in our people through ongoing training, support and career development. About the Role The HSEQ Training Officer is responsible for the development, coordination and delivery of training programs supporting shaft operations, access and egress activities on the AVMA Shaft Project at Appin.The role ensures all personnel working in and around the shaft hold the skills, knowledge and competencies required to perform their duties safely and in accordance with legislation, regulatory requirements, site procedures and company standards. It is central to maintaining workforce capability and supporting a strong safety culture on site.
