HSEQ Administrator

The Role & Project

MACA is seeking a permanent HSEQ Administrator to join our team at the Gruyere Gold Project on a permanent FIFO 8:6 roster.

Reporting to the HSEQ Superintendent, your day-to-day tasks will include a blend of operational and administrative duties. You will play a key role in ensuring the projects mine safety management systems operate effectively while providing high level of support to the site-based HSEQ team.

About You / Requirements

• Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety qualifications and/or studying or completed a tertiary qualification in Occupational Health & Safety.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role within the relevant industry sector.
• Highly competent with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with incident management databases and any exposure to HSE systems will be highly regarded.(InControl INX, SafetyCulture & PowerBi will be highly regarded)
• Strong organisational skills with high level of attention to detail, and good interpersonal skills, be able to manage deadlines and prioritise workload demands.
• Ability to manage sensitive, private, and confidential information and records
• Ability to work in a close knit, dynamic team environment are all pre-requisites for this role.
