About the Opportunity
An opportunity has arisen for a HSEC Administrator to join our Golden Grove operation in Western Australia. In this role, you will report to the HSEC Manager and work on an 8:6 roster.
Your focus will be to ensure HSEC records and compliance requirements are maintained, coordinate training and mobilisation activities, and provide administrative support across site operations.
This is a 24-month Maximum Term Contract.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Maintain up-to-date HSEC records within the relevant systems (e.g. PeopleTray, LMS).
- Coordinate site mobilisation and provide administrative support to the site team.
- Compile, analyse and prepare reports on training, competencies and compliance.
- Provide administrative support across site departments, including raising and receipting purchase and work orders in the ERP system (Pronto).
- Audit HSEC systems and identify opportunities to improve database management and data quality.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide user access support as required.
About You
Our ideal candidate is an organised and detail-focused administrator experienced in supporting operational teams, with strong attention to detail, effective prioritisation skills, and a commitment to delivering accurate and reliable support.
Other key skills, experience, and qualifications:
- Circa 3 years’ experience in a similar administration, HSEC, or operational support role.
- Strong competency in the Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel.
- Experience using Pronto, HSEC/Safety Systems, or similar software platforms (desirable).
- Business Administration or similar qualification (desirable).
- Current C-class manual driver’s licence (desirable).
