Pearl Recruitment is currently partnering with a leading national construction and mining contractor to recruit multiple HSE Advisors for major project opportunities in Far North Queensland.

About the Role

These are excellent opportunities for safety professionals looking to join a reputable contractor with a strong project pipeline and the potential for long-term employment. All positions offer an 8:6 roster, 12-hour day shifts, and an immediate start.

• HSE Advisor
• $85.00 per hour (Flat Rate) + Super
• 8:6 Roster | Dayshift Only
• 3 Month Project with ongoing work
• 12-Hour Shifts
• Immediate Starts Available

Key Responsibilities

This position will see you performing a wide variety of duties, with the focus on HSE compliance, processes, and injury management.

You will be responsible for (however not limited to) the following duties:

• Development, implementation, and review of HSE documentation.
• Injury management and reporting.
• Conducting site-based inspections and audits.
• Consulting with supervisory personnel and employees on HSE issues.
• Maintaining risk identification processes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety or similar
• Cert IV in Training and Assessment
• ICAM Certificate
• Relevant mining and construction experience
• Driver’s License
• Construction White Card
• First Aid (within 3 years)
• Drug and Alcohol Testing Certificate
