As the HSE Advisor, you'll be a trusted partner to project teams, providing practical safety leadership and ensuring health, safety and environmental standards remain at the forefront of daily operations.

Your Responsibilities

• Coaching and mentoring supervisors and work crews on safe work practices
• Conducting inspections, audits and risk assessments
• Supporting incident investigations and corrective actions
• Promoting a proactive and positive safety culture on site
• Monitoring compliance with project, environmental and legislative requirements
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across HSE systems

About You

You'll be a confident safety professional who enjoys building relationships on site and influencing positive safety outcomes through collaboration rather than enforcement.

We're looking for someone with:

• Experience in Oil & Gas, civil construction, earthworks or major project environments
• Strong understanding of HSE legislation, standards and industry best practice
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• The ability to coach, mentor and influence teams at all levels
• Experience conducting audits, inspections and investigations
• Internal or Lead Auditor qualifications across integrated management systems would be highly regarded

Experienced HSE Officers looking to step into a more senior advisory role are also encouraged to apply.
