HSE Administrator

About the Role

Seeking an HSE Administrator with experience in high-risk activities across mechanical and access disciplines.

Monday to Friday FT Permanent role.

This role will be working both in office and across different sites in the Northwest Region supporting our Asset Maintenance division. You will provide day-to-day HSE support, advice, training, mentoring, reporting, and systems maintenance for SRG Global’s site teams, while assisting the HSET Superintendent with WHS Management System rollout, project plans, and HSE programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships across site operations to embed SRG Global’s safety culture and systems.
• Support WHS management plans and HSE objectives for the Asset Maintenance Business Unit.
• Manage HSEQ data, reporting, compliance documentation, and corrective actions.
• Prepare and distribute HSE reports, presentations, and compliance documentation for internal and client requirements.
• Coordinate audits, inspections, training requirements, and competency records
• Maintain accurate records, tracking incidents, investigations, training, and HSE performance metrics.
• Ensure workforce and subcontractor compliance with training and mobilisation requirements.
• Assist with the development and rollout of online learning modules, training packages, and compliance resources.
• Liaise with site teams to ensure alignment with safety systems, legislative obligations, and client-specific requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement and act as a visible safety leader promoting zero harm.

The Successful Applicant Will Ideally Have

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in an operational or HSE role
• Experience in industrial maintenance or shutdown environments (Highly Regarded)
• Current C Class Driver’s Licence (Mandatory)
• Construction White Card (Mandatory)
• Experience in MyOSH and/or SafetyCulture (Desirable)
• Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (Desirable)
